Their 2003 debut Pikul introduced their wall-of-sound approach—dense guitars and Brian Aubert's soaring vocals creating something between shoegaze texture and indie rock hooks. Carnavas, their 2006 breakthrough, solidified the formula with Lazy Eye becoming their signature track, a song that builds from whisper-quiet verses into massive choruses.
