iDKHOW is a two-piece band featuring Dallon Weekes and Ryan Seaman, emerging from the alternative rock scene with a sound that straddles emo sensibility and indie rock irreverence. Weekes, known for his work with The Brobecks, brought songwriting chops to the project while Seaman provided tight, precise drumming. The band's early output caught attention for its slacker energy and genuinely weird subject matter delivered with deadpan intensity. Songs like Choke showcase their ability to make anxious, introspective lyrics feel almost conversational rather than desperate. They've built a dedicated following by refusing to take themselves too seriously while actually caring about the craft, a balancing act that resonates with people tired of both irony and sincerity as separate extremes. iDKHOW touched down at Vibes Event Center in November 2025 for a lean, focused set that leaned into their catalog's weirder corners. They opened with the propulsive "Do It All the Time" and quickly moved through fan favorites like "Nobody Likes the Opening Band" and "WHAT LOVE?", but the real meat was in the deeper cuts—"SPKOTHDVL" and "GLOOMTOWN BRATS" showed a band comfortable with their strangest material. "Choke" closed things out, a fitting finale that felt less like a victory lap and more like a door slamming. Eleven songs, no filler, no encore needed. The band came, delivered, and left.
